Privacy & Terms
This page covers privacy and terms for both ASE Practice Test (the free web practice exam) and the iOS app it links to. It's a short, plain-language summary, not a fixed legal template. The web practice exam itself never asks you to create an account or handle any payment — accounts and in-app purchases exist only in the app, and are handled by Apple.
Privacy
The only cookie this site sets is your language choice, so it isn't asked again on your next visit. When you start a mock exam, your IP address is used once to generate a fixed, repeatable set of practice questions for you — it isn't logged or shared anywhere.
The app's official Apple App Privacy label says it plainly: Data Not Collected. No analytics, tracking or usage data is sent to us — only the standard, anonymous aggregate stats Apple provides to every developer through the App Store.
Creating an account in the app is optional and used only for iCloud sync — your progress can sync across your own devices through your personal Apple iCloud account, which is Apple's infrastructure, not ours, so we never receive or store it. In-app purchases and subscriptions are billed entirely through your Apple ID; we never see or store your payment details, and downloading or paying for the app is also covered by Apple's own App Store terms.

These practice tests are an independent study tool, not a product of ASE and not endorsed by it. They are built to match the real tests as closely as possible, but passing one is no guarantee of passing an ASE test.
Question content may be updated at any time and shouldn't be copied or redistributed elsewhere. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the current version of this page.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple ID — refunds, cancellations and billing disputes go through Apple, not us.
